One way to stop the craziness is to realistically size yourself up, without comparing yourself to others or comparing your accomplishments to what others have achieved. That’s their thing, not yours. The funny things is, they might be envying your life and your talents. (It’s true!) We all have something of value to share with the world, but if you focus on what you are not, you won’t be able to fully realize your own potential.
