We have heard from several of our customers who are in need of staff sales training. Therefore, we are now providing three types of sales training: 1) Outside Sales 2) Sales Management 3) Inside Sales (customer service). While skills for these positions are somewhat similar, they are, in fact, quite different and require separate training.
